I personaly think the touch dac is pretty good. If the Cambridge will improve your sound depends also on the rest of your system. So I would recommend you to listen to the setup before buying. Nobody can garanty you a noticable sound improvement.
Conect your Touch with an optical cable to the Cambridge.
