jdt, If you have used "Bud Powell" as the artist and/or albumartist tag and he is being listed under "Powell" then somewhere you must have an artistsort or albumartistsort. It only takes one instance in the tags of a single file because all the names are held in a single list (or table) of "contributors". Bear in mind that information will also be picked up from your cue files, as well as from the tags.
