I assume you're using the LMS Control Panel, as you're seeing 23 dots where your password is entered, I think this is normal, not sure as I don't use mysqueezebox.com myself, I don't need it. If you go to the LMS web gui > Settings > mysqueezebox.com (tab) the password box should show blank, again not sure. On your Touch, go to Home > Settings > Advanced > Networking > Remote Libraries > Add New Library, and enter the IP address of the computer that's running LMS, press "Done".
