Yes, definitely connected to wifi. I rebooted the router, used a new and
unused Ethernet cord. The Touch screen says "Verify Ethernet Connection"
and stays there. Not sure how or even if I can do that.

Downloaded the fab4_7.8.0_r16739.bin file you suggested. Inserted the
USB stick with the file but nothing happened. How do I persude the Touch
to load the file?

"fab4_7.7.3_r16676.bin"

did this too, same result. Absolutely everyting I try never gets the
Touch to progreaa past the language screen. Frustrating eh?
