Can you just confirm that normally you are using foobar as the server, and playing music to a UPnP device that just happens to be the Touch via LMS?
When you play music how exactly are you playing it in foobar? There may be many ways of doing this. When I got it to work using my method of playing from foobar I added tracks to the queue I mentioned and played them from there. I didn't actually select any UPnP device. LMS 7.9.3 on PC, Xubuntu 18.04, FLACs 16->24 bit, 44.1->192kbps. 2 Touchs & EDO. LMS plugin UPnP/DLNA Bridge to MF M1 CLiC (A308CR amp & ESLs) & Marantz CR603 UPnP renderers. Also Minimserver & Upplay to same & to upmpdcli/mpd PC renderers. Squeezelite to Meridian USB Explorer DAC to PC speakers/headphones.
