An alternative would be to provide a link to this new page from the default Trac error message, rather than to the http://trac.edgewall.org/newticket URL About the NewTicketGuidelines I would add an example of a useful summary and an example of a useless on ('Error in Trac' ;-)) I would also like to see a recommendation that suggests to upgrade to the latest official release to check whether the issue has already been fixed.
