It seems ok. As a last detail, I think the "Set Properties" group should be renamed, but I'm unable to find a better title right now. The email/username group (that shows up when the user is not logged in) might get a title as well: "Reporter" would fit. I would say that there is a tiny inconsistency in the layout: the table properties headers are indented (from the group border), while the "Your email" header is not.
