Hi, newbie plugin dev question... Is it possible to overwrite existing functionality (in a standard module) with a new plugin or does the original module have to be patched?
I'm trying to avoid patching and achieve all my desired new functionality in plugins but having difficulty confirming whether this is feasible. e.g. * to modify search query and search results display * to change "View Tickets" label to something else BTW the EggCooking tutes are great but it would be good if there was a follow-on explaining how standard modules can (or can't) be extended.
