I just got a bug report about a plugin which does not work anymore due
to the numbering scheme used in Trac:

ERROR: Skipping "TracRevtreePlugin 0.5.15dev": (version
 conflict "(Trac 0.11rc2 (/usr/lib64/python2.4/site-
 packages/Trac-0.11rc2-py2.4.egg),
 Requirement.parse('Trac>=0.11dev-r6572'))")

Is there a way to avoid upgrading a plugin for the sake of following
the "release candidate" versions of Trac ?

Cheers,
Manu
