I don't, mostly because I decided for myself to not trust Google too much
(which should not become part of this thread, however).

No registration or subscription is required to post to the list. However,
to provide a certain level of protection against spam, the first post of a
person who is not subscribed to the list is held back for moderation. Upon
approval of the post the senders e-mail address gets whitelisted to
prevent further moderation.

This procedure it's a trade-off between protecting the list against spam
and making posting to the list as painless as possible, and it works fine
for other lists that I maintain (including Linux kernel development
related lists, such as ath5k-devel and ath9k-devel).

The list is about to be registered over at gmane.org. This adds web-based,
searchable list archives in various formats, a news gateway and also
provides a webinterface to post to the list.

Bye, Mike
