Looks nice, however, since trac is a web application, there is actually no
need to have multiple instances of the same component.

Other than that, I cannot see any differences between the current
component model that is implemented into trac, and what is provided by
pyutilib.

pyutilib actually makes more sense in a distributed environment, but I do
not think that trac would require such a feature.
