I don't run any variation of Debian, so won't be tracking or testing
OS issues other than what gets reported to the Trac-related bug-
trackers as plugin bugs.

I maintain these plugins, and on this mailing list we have previously
discussed plugin development and branching strategies. The prevalent
opinion from other developers is to branch for every major Trac
release, and that is the policy you'll see both at trac.edgewall.org
and at trac-hacks.org for most of the plugins in your list. A lot the
plugins you listed would therefore need to be packaged twice.

Personally I don't like or use this strategy, and all my plugins
handle compat issues inside the plugin allowing same code to work on
both 0.11 and 0.12. Bitten, CustomFieldAdmin and RPC in list can all
be packaged at latest svn version with dependency on either trac011 or
trac012. I'll only consider branching due to Trac version if I really
need to.

This package is not needed for 0.12.x seeing that wiki rename
functionality is now included in Trac itself.
