Sure, there are many (100+) at t-h.o[1], i.e. the well-known TagsPlugin
has an `IRequestHandler` implementation[2]. The WatchlistPlugin has
both, `IRequestHandler` as well as a `IRequestFilter`.

This is how it works, but I've seen more sophisticated matching methods
with string matching and even regular expressions to make it slightly
more robust.
