What are 'don't do that's in that plugin? > But why don't you save us from that guesswork and just give us the > TraceBack with the full call stack? If you really want answers, please > do so. Well, that's exactly the problem: I have only the message I posted there. I can just provide a bit more from the log: 2011-06-21 16:59:31,661 Trac[env] INFO: -------------------------------- environ ment startup [Trac 0.12.2] -------------------------------- 2011-06-21 16:59:32,165 Trac[cache] INFO: repos rev [12301] != cached rev [12300 ] 2011-06-21 16:59:32,168 Trac[cache] INFO: Trying to sync revision [12301] 2011-06-21 16:59:32,237 Trac[build\bdist.win32\egg\projectplugin \project] INFO: project no 201102201 already committed for ticket 7611 2011-06-21 16:59:32,237 Trac[commit_updater] ERROR: Unexpected error while processing ticket #7611: AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'rollback' 2011-06-21 17:00:00,620 Trac[build\bdist.win32\egg\xmail \XMailEMailModule] INFO: check mails, language is: de As you see there isn't really a TraceBack. There is just the info that it occurs after some logging of projectplugin (that's why I'm guessing it might be that plugin, but basically we have installed all plugins listed in http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/framay) But maybe I should ask this way: what does the Component CommitTicketUpdater excpect in method _update_tickets? In this method the Error is logged, see http://trac.edgewall.org/browser//branches/0.12-stable/tracopt/ticket/commit_updater.py#L207 Thanks in advance, Franz -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Trac Development" group.
