Thanks Dirk for your Internet search - it's interesting. But there might 
also be Trac-sites, which omit the "Powered by" (for example the 
development site of CKEditor [1]). But I agree it's a good indication ...

Just for the reputation and counting of Trac 1.0 - we use it already in 
production.
