Yes. Looking at the hand-made TracUsers page, which I helped updating, that are probably below 5%, but you are right.
Just for the reputation and counting of Trac 1.0 - we use it already in production.
Give Google some time. All my instances are also 1.0 and not counted yet. You get some higher numbers when you don't restrict the search for an individual page, but that counts one installation multiple times.
