Since we don't have a rigid release plan, whenever we feel that a branch
is in a stable state is a good time for a release.

I have very little time for Trac nowadays, and I know Christian is
currently pretty busy, too. This means that there won't be any new
releases if no one is poking us with at least some persistence :)

Ideally, we should go through the process together with you, Jun and
Peter, so that you can make the next releases yourselves. It would be a
shame for us to slow you down.
