Thanks for the info. The zip package has always been created on Windows (at 
least that is what the release steps dictate: 
http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracDev/ReleaseChecklist#Createdistpackages), 
but we can consider changing that for the 0.12.7/1.0.3/1.1.3 releases.
