What do others have in mind to include in the release? The question

Would the CSS / JS enqueue system be able to gain a "handle" parameter?
This makes it simple for multiple plugins to set-up each others
resources for dependencies (a la "load this custom JS file only after
jquery-textcomplete is loaded") + also dequeue stuff occasionally in
favor of using your own updated JS library or similar.
