I've finally gotten trac up and running (there were alot of issues due
to the configuration of this organizations servers).  And I've
installed a few plugins, which I'm atttempting to manage thru the
webadmin plugin.  However I'm getting some fairly strange behavior from
the system that I was hoping somone may be able to explain.  Sometimes
all the plugins in the system are listed properly with thier specific
enables and disables there.  Other times they just disappear from the
list entirely (this has been happening alot to the ini manager and
accountmanager plugins).  Also every once in a while it informs me that
access was denied to the /.python_eggs location.  Which is I assume a
temp spot used for unpacking .egg files.  The important things to note
here are the plugins are installed globally in trac and both trac
enviroments are exhibiting the same behavior with no real level of
predictability.  Also just now this issue seems to have disabled one of
my enviroments completely (like while I was typing this...).  Any help
would be appreciated in resolving this problem.
