I have tested Trac for a couple of weeks now (and monitoring it in
MythTV longer) and can say that I really like the simplicity of this
tool. One feature I miss and have seen in other (often proprietary tools
:( ) is the ability to clone a Ticket. It is not hard to make a
workaround for this by using links concept, but am I alone to miss this
feature?
I try to make hierarchy and logical ways to describe my ticket structure
and to use the clone concept is an easy way to build logical hierarchy
ticket trees. Something like this:
