Hi, what is your experience if you open tickets on edgewall? I have one open ticket (http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/4393), but it seems that it is totally ignored :-( For me, this case is really a workstopper. I know that I do not have a support contract and therefore cannot force an answer - on the other side, this silence does not improve our trust in edgewall's process of bug handling. Is it only me who feels left alone?
