We are running track 0.9.3 with mySql (I think) and svn 1.1.1
I don't think MySQL is supported in 0.9, support has been introduced in 0.10 Anyway, you may try upgrading (Subversion 1.4.1, Trac 0.10.3) to see whether it improves the situation. Rather than upgrading your production server, you may give a try with a copy of your Trac DB.
