Just seems to me there are applications that already do all this, and you just need a way to get Trac info into them. Not sure why you don't go down the route of writing a plugin for MS Project, which seems to the be the "tool of choice" by this efforts' sponsor, and a plugin to pull any additional data needed to fill-in project details. Might even only need some new custom fields, plus MasterTickets, and TimingAndEstimation. it just doesn't need to be real time. you could upload the project files, or exported images as often as your project needs to some page on the trac site. (say, via xmlrpc, as part of the project plugin) Anyway, good luck. I hate project, so I don't really see the use in this personally.
