Hi --- I've been tasked with ownership of TRAC and although I've read a great deal of the available documentation, I'm still searching to find an entry point so that I can start on some of my initial task.
The 1st thing that I need to know is how to invoke the 'Command-Line configuration tool.' Can you walk me through on how to invoke this tool? I'm thinking that once I have a way of communication with TRAC, then I can start customizing (adding users, permissions, etc.) the bug tracking option that TRAC offers.
