Hi, My OT2 started sending weather reports immediately after each position report.
There is no NMEA mode in the Config utility, only an AUTO mode for NMEA GPSes so I suppose the OT2 got confused at some point and set itself in weather mode when it got unexpected bits from the GPS. Or was that excess sunspot activity and a burst of X-ray hit the wrong bit in the OT2. The GPS is a Globalsat BR-355 puck with SiRF chipset. A script initializes some settings in binary mode at startup, then reverts it to NMEA. It's possible the GPS outputs binary during that initialization phase. I'll try a reset, but I am worried this may happen again when I am not there to look after it. Bernard KI6TSF
