Maybe it doesn't matter but I have nothing to do with selinux and
never have.

emacs-version:
GNU Emacs 24.0.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt6.1.7600) of 2010-05-11 on SHAN-PC

Tramp version:
2.1.11-pre  (It is the one packaged with this version of emacs)
