Does this mean that you want
(make-symbolic-link "/[jrl@frumple]/path/to/file1"
"/[jrl@frumple]/path/to/file2")
to create a symlink on the local host instead of on frumple?
I thought that the above clearly means that there should be a symlink
on frumple, the only question is what is the target of that symlink.
