I still have that script open on my desktop. I'm already using some of ideas there to improve what I was working on. I think using the mplayer parts solved my sizing problem. On the last two tests that I have run my script has nailed the size. Not within 5% to 10% that I accept but with in 2%. Thanks for showing me that.
