[transcode-users] creating a DVD.iso

I would like to be able to create a DVD image only without burning the 
DVD. I'm sure it's simple but so am I! The wiki has this command, which 
works great, and I'm sure to create just the image it's some variation 
of it. Then I can save the images and burn at leisure. Thanks
