This is incorrect, AFAIK; AMD's 64-bit instruction set, AMD64 (also
known as x86-64), is not compatible with Intel's IA-64. If there is no
IA64 build of transcode around (and I'm not aware of one), you'll need to
use the standard 32-bit build.
