transcode -y raw -J extsub=0:0:0:1:0:255:255:0:0 -i "/media/photo/video_ts/vts_01_1.vob" -o caca.vob -y raw except that the resulting caca.vob is GIGANTIC ... have tried other encapsulations with no help (-y options) ... the original vob size is 6GB and resulting vob is 36GB before i stopped transcode ... any ideas cheers charles On Tue, 2007-09-25 at 16:41 +0200, Francesco Romani wrote: > On 9/24/07, lartc <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > i have a really _dumb_ rendering client that cannot pick out > and render > a subtitle elementary stream. > is there a way to "transcode" in such a way that subtitle > track i want > gets embedded into the video track? > > Maybe extsub can help for this task > > HTH > > Bests, > > -- > Francesco Romani // Ikitt > -- "simplified chinese" is not nearly as easy as they would have you believe ... a superlative oxymoron" --anonymous
