...which seems to be caused by the version of transcode i use: All my attempts failed with either corrupt/broken dv files (false colors, stripes, no sound, no video) or in segfaults of the programm. The version i used is the one of ubuntu hardy: v1.0.2 After i installed a self compiled version of v1.1 i quickly come to this solution: transcode -i in.dv -x dv -y dvraw -o out.dv -N0x1 -Z720x396 \ -Y-90,0,-90,0 --dv_yuy2_mode --export_asr 2 (This command does not work with transcode v1.0.2: it just sefaults) Any suggestions for this solution? Does this reencode audio? I failed to switch on audio pass through using -P2. How to do this? Regards Henning
