Try either of the following:
$ transcode -i test_1.avi -o test_2.avi -J fps=25:23
or
$ transcode -i test_1.avi -o test_2.avi --export_fps 23 -J modfps
personally I have only ever used modfps and it works ok for me.
The second way doesn't work for me, but the first one does. That's what
I needed - thanks a lot!
