I simply take the card out of the Treo & place it into a SD Card reader and copy the SD Card onto my computer as a folder. I then compress it and use a naming convention indicative of the date I did this. I keep the last three folders inside another folder. i,e,, after each backup, I delete the oldest archive.
The SD Card Reader is also useful for retrieving photos from Camera SD cards. They ran around $20 when I bought mine and it reads several different types of cards. Paul
