this is so profound, its not what you say but how you say it, and you have
to build someone up in love and build relationship before you can
effectively render a rebuke.

There is actually a verse in the Bible that says we ought to speak the truth
in love.  I find that many times we focus on speaking the truth but we don`t
ensure that it is done in love.  It people can tell the difference hey.  It
can make the difference between an offense and becoming better after you
have received constructive criticism.
