So true, you know one thing I have learnt is most things that benefit you
and bring about a positive change in us are unpleasant.  But once you do the
unpleasant thing to get to the next level you are never the same after
that.  You reach the elasticity limit General was talking about.  Lets do
the painful and unpleasant things this year to get to where we want to go.

I heard it once said like this "you gotta do what you don`t want to do, so
you can later do what you want to do".

In other words don`t pour cold water on what God is doing and you`ll be
happy about the result later.
