thats a tough one General and interestingly its a topic which we were
discussing at cell last week. l don't find it too difficult to forgive
but my challenge comes when l forgive and the same person does the
same thing again then eish now its complex! What l have adopted as my
way of looking at it is 99 out of a 100 chances wen people hurt me it
is not their intention to do so, in other words they didn't actually
sit down and say right, how l am going to hurt this person? and how do
l make it so painful? NO. l take this lesson from my experience where
iv hurt someone but inside me l had zero intention to do so.

So like what other guys are saying openly talking abt it and looking
at it by saying its not the person that is the problem here there must
be something else. in some instances it cld actually be very spiritual
or just understanding their past- u knw the saying "hurt people, hurt
people!"

But panozondinetsa is when it happens again then yah, ma 1!!!
