Dave,

No problem, I am not full of angst at being criticized. i would say, having been on the unemployment line very recently that anyway I heard about a job, whether it was related to the mechanism by which I heard it or not, I was appreciative of as I have a wife and small child and needed the income.

Also, it did say 'OT:' in the subject. I thought I did the best I could with what I had to work with.

My apologies to anyone this bothered.

Shawn

Re: [TriLUG] OT: Job Opportunity

I liked the almost end of email mention of the single word "Linux" one line from the end that sort of made the post on subject for a Linux list. I know people on here take jobs where the can, but it would have been nice to see a little effort in the job description. Maybe I'm getting cynical in my old age... Not wanting to start a flame war just pointing out the irony.

Hey Everyone,

We are looking for a few good geeks. Here is 'The List' of informal needs
that we want on your skills in order to be considered. Don't let the
'Clean' scare you. You don't have to wear a dress or suit to work, but you
should at least be clean and willing to follow a dress code that is
basically no offensive shirts and no holy shorts/pants. Most folks here
wear shorts/sandals to work. If you have any questions about the job or
the place email me back. If you want to submit your resume, send it to
