Its because Ruben is stubborn and doesn't listen to anyone. More than a  
handful of people have offered to fix issues with this forum and improve upon  
it but he has given no response.

It doesn't really encourage people to willy-nilly donate money to him when  
when he is only reachable on IRC and suggestions are ignored.
