It is not really an "email address" as you may be thinking. It is more of an
email forwarding address. People send it there and it is just forwarded to
another address (similar to the FSF one).
Here is the info about the USB Keys:

If you don't need one you could probably decline and you don't have to have
one sent to you. Also just FYI this may take a while to get if you do in
fact choose to accept it because they are sent out in batches.
