Why did you select that menu bar style as default?I know it can be changed, but I think that a Trisquel 7 with XFCE should look as similar as it looks on gnome fallback, wich in my opinion (as a 20 years windows user, who is really acommodate to Win7 default theme) it's great, but it does not have so much applets, sadly.
