There are freewill compliance of the community guideline.
It is assumed that it represents the will of the majority of Trisquel
community. It is assumed that it represents the will of the biggest part of
Trisquel community. Otherwise, it is have no sense.
If you are don't like democracy(like me), then you must force users to follow
"guidelines". For example, if somebody will recommend/support/etc non-free
software, then s/he must be banned. But then you are must rename "community
guidelines" into "rules".
