As for "triskel", it is indeed the equivalent of "kubuntu".
In the Synaptic package manager, click, in the lower-left corner of the
window, on the "Custom filter" button (translated from French, it may be
named differently) and choose "Broken" in the list above. You should not have
any package listed on the right side of the window. If you do, you should
first fix that.
