Not with INTEL AMT/VPRO YOU CAN'T. They can scan all ram via the out of band  
link (3g) to see if tor is running, then read it to see what it's running.

You have to fucking obey them. No running  
illegal/immoral/whateverLAWStheyMake stuff on the net and getting away with  
it.
