The line you gave me comes from some /var/log/apt/history.log* file. The only other installed packages that would depend on those listed in the command line would have been installed after "2013-08-20 14:20:21". Less than four days ago. I believe you would remember any such installation.
It would remove as well the programs that depend on those listed in the
command line. If there is at least one such program, 'apt-get' asks the user
for confirmation before doing anything though.
