I've used Ultimate Boot CD with great results in the past. It includes Parted  
Magic although I'm not sure what version.

Great thing about it is 1 CD handles everything; GNU/Linux, Windows, DOS. The  
programs on it are a mix of freeware and GPL licensed software. I'd prefer  
all GPL software, but I make an exception for this CD, it's just too useful
