Yeah, I feel the same way.
Convincing people of the benefits of free software is not difficult (at least  
this is my experience).
But I as soon as they ask for a free alternative for windows or apple I get  
into trouble.
I think no one of my friends will be happy with trisquel since there are too  
many problems to deal with (hardware support, flash problem etc.).
The fsf raised lots of money last year and all they do is campaigning and  
making festivals.
