I had this issue too. Alucardx's solution worked for me. I've quoted the  
relevant steps below:

" ... go into about:config and change network.http.sendRefererHeader to a  
value of 2 it allows webmin."

I uninstalled and reinstalled Abrowser, using Synaptic. Then changed the  
setting above. Thanks for posting Alu.
