I have a couple of questions regarding the address book. I do not use any online services.

1.
I use Gnome (3.12 right now) and want to use a clean installation as possible. I want to use Gnome Contacts (Evolution Database Server, EDS?) and sync Thunderbird to that address book database. I have tried but have not been able to get it to work.

I have searched and it seems to have been working with earlier versions of Ubuntu but recently broke. There was a EDS Integration add-on to Thunderbird but all links seems to be dead.

Is their a solution out there?

2.
Can the contacts be exported to a printable document like html, word document, xml/ods or anything like that? I found a program called vcf2csv but the html file it generated is not usable. Is their a feature I have not found in Gnome Contacts or EDS that can generate a printable file?

3.
Can Gnome Contacts sync with a Nokia series 40 phone? have tested Wammu and earlier I was able to see the contacts in the phone but no way to sync it to EDS or Thunderbird. The primary database is at my computer. This is a low priority problem but it would be nice if worked.
